At Lisa’s Fine Jewelry, we take pride in preparing your items with care and efficiency.
• Standard orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.
• Payments received on weekends or holidays will be processed within 48–72 hours or on the next available business day.
• For security, all packages require an adult’s signature upon delivery. We cannot waive this requirement as it ensures your jewelry is received safely.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor your delivery.
• Each item is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and securely

Returns
We want you to feel confident in your purchase while maintaining the integrity of our products.
• Store Credit Only: We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. Eligible items may be returned for store credit within 10 days of delivery.
• Exchanges: Store credit can be applied toward an exchange for any in-stock item of equal or greater value.
• Custom & Modified Items: All custom-designed pieces, personalized engravings, and resized items are Final Sale and cannot be returned for credit or exchange.
• Items must be in unworn condition with all original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear or has been altered by an outside jeweler.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.
